Problem Note 51340: Expressions in computed columns might not be saved for SAS® IT Resource Management staged or aggregation tables
In SAS IT Resource Management, staged and aggregation tables contain computed columns for data that is not directly provided by the raw data source. After you enter an expression once in computed column in these tables, the expression might not be saved. Or, if you re-enter and save the expression, the computed column is no longer available to the staging or aggregation job table.
In order to define a computed-column expression, you must enter it twice. Then, subsequent to saving the staging or aggregation table with the new computed column, you must run, respectively, a staging or aggregation job. This action ensures that the computed column is created, saved, and populated.
For more information about computed columns, see the SAS® IT Resource Management 3.3: Administrator's Guide.
